• The generation of logistics data using the very latest integrated logistics support methodologies
• Reliability monitoring and prediction using our considerable experience as an OEM
In addition to this we also have the support of the Collins Aerospace Customer Response Centre. This is staffed by engineers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will help keep customer aircraft flying by addressing technical issues and aircraft spare part orders. The Centre will feature new software to manage customer enquiries and create a master database allowing the businesses of Collins Aerospace to coordinate their efforts in addressing and resolving customer issues promptly.
